Sorry everyone I've had to cancel Rathole Radio this week as I have a bad cold. Unfortunately the sore throat has pretty much killed my voice and made podcasting difficult. Hey folks,

I was thinking about the way we use the forums to submit stories and create hero/villain nominations and I think it could be done in a better way. So I've changed things a little, I think we should be using the "Create Story" function under "Create Content" on the menu. That way the stories and nominations will appear in the content stream with everything else.

I've been at it again making podcast themes and this time it was for the Linux Outlaws podcast which you can check out at www.linuxoutlaws.com

I used a guitar track Fabian sent me as the basis and worked around that adding drums, bass, my own guitars and even an organ is you listen carefully. I went crazy and rocked it up a bit but I think it suits the show, I still need to add some sound effects such as horses galloping nearer at the start but other than that it's done.

You may have noticed some changes in the last couple of days to the feeds and so on. I've added some separate feeds for the different shows, it seemed a good idea since this is becoming more of a podcast network now and people may not want to subscribe to all the shows, they should have a choice.

If you've heard NWD004 you'll know about this already but I wrote some music for Sheryls new Gabby Geek podcast. It's not finished yet I need to add some guitars and possibly other stuff but I thought you'd want to check it out. She seems to like it which is nice, it's always satisfying when people enjoy your work :)

So I attached the mp3 file to this post anyway, check it out and let me know what you think in the comments. I'll post the finished version when I'm done... not sure when that'll be though :P
